Late Payment Policy

Payment for services rendered by Sapphire Mobile Auto Detailing is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments not received within three (3) business days of the service date will incur a $100 late fee. Continued non-payment may result in additional collection efforts, including legal action, at the client’s expense. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a $100 late cancellation fee. If the client is not present at the time of the appointment, or refuses or declines service upon the technician’s arrival without prior notice, a $200 no-show fee will be charged. By scheduling a service, the client authorizes Sapphire Mobile Auto Detailing to charge these fees to the payment method on file or invoice the client accordingly. These fees are intended to compensate for lost time, travel, and opportunity cost, and are enforceable under Washington State law. By scheduling a service, the client agrees to these terms. These conditions comply with Washington State laws regarding service contracts and late fees. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
